RSA21 marketplace
The marketplace connects tender, application and selection: you define scope and billing, subcontractors with a service area in Germany (and DACH) see matching projects. Everything works together in RSA21.app.
Capacity bottlenecks and searching for reliable subcontractors are everyday business in traffic safety. With the marketplace you publish tenders for your projects digitally and reach companies that have maintained their service area – nationwide, wherever it geographically fits.
Complementing the marketplace: delegation, planning and billing per assignment in the subcontractor module.
Publish from your project list, set the desired billing logic and keep applications in view.
Publish a project
Select an active project and make it visible to qualified partners – including the terms under which you want to invite subcontractors.
Collect & compare applications
Incoming applications are assigned in a structured way – you review, communicate and decide without loose email threads.
Reach new partners
Expand your network beyond the core of your existing partnerships – wherever a project actually takes place.
Connects to delegation
After selection you continue with clear delegation – from the interval to the documented service in the familiar RSA21 workflow.
Activate the partner portal and maintain your service area – matching tenders then become visible to you.
Partner profile & region
Define where you want to be deployed – e.g. via districts in Germany or additional regions in DACH, matching your strategic focus.
Browse the marketplace
Open tenders from other organizations appear when the location and your service area match – low noise, high match quality.
Apply in a structured way
Submit your application with context; the client decides and can then integrate you into RSA21 normally.
“Searching nationwide” in RSA21 means: you use a shared network with clear geographic assignment. The project location is compared against the subcontractor’s regions – the tender only appears where there is overlap. This supports real tenders in Munich, Hamburg or rural districts alike – without diluting your brief.
Organizations without a maintained service area or without an active partner portal do not see third-party tenders – protecting quality and data boundaries on both sides.
Is the marketplace really “nationwide”?
Yes, in terms of the network: you potentially reach partners wherever they are active. A tender only becomes visible to organizations that have maintained their service area and whose region matches the project location. This keeps the search relevant instead of “everyone sees everything”.
What exactly do I publish on the marketplace?
You publish an existing project from your RSA21 organization as an open tender, including the agreed billing logic (e.g. per visit, per day or flat rate). Interested subcontractors see the tender and can apply in a structured way.
Does the subcontractor need a partnership with me already?
Not necessarily for initial visibility and application – the marketplace extends your reach beyond existing contacts. For a later assignment, you continue to work compliantly in RSA21 with partnerships and clearly defined delegations.
Where do applications end up?
Applications and requests arrive bundled in the inbox or in the tender views – with status, message and assignment to the project. So nothing gets lost in isolated email chains.
