Collection and storage of personal data
When you visit this website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information is stored in server log files (e.g. browser type, operating system, referrer URL, hostname and time of the server request).
Location for the marketing map
On the home page, a general map is initially displayed. A browser location request for the regional map is only made once you select "Accept" in the cookie notice – the same local decision that applies to the optional reach measurement (Google Analytics), if configured. After successful browser authorization, we store the coordinates locally (typically for up to seven days) so that you are asked less frequently. Technically, these are not cookies; if you select "Decline" in the cookie notice, we no longer use the stored position and load the general map. You can revoke access at any time in your browser settings or delete local website data.
Contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information, including the contact details provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for any follow-up questions.
Google Analytics (GA4)
On public marketing pages, we may use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to statistically evaluate usage. This is only integrated once you consent in the cookie notice (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The measurement ID is G-28XQN77GQY. We use Google Consent Mode (v2): by default, analytics and advertising storage are denied; upon consent, for measurement purposes Consent Mode (v2) only the analytics storage (analytics_storage) is granted; advertising consent remains disabled unless separate consent to personalized advertising is given. Further information: Google's privacy policy.
Google reCAPTCHA v3
To protect against abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of website visitors (e.g. IP address, mouse movements, time spent on the page, browser and device information) in order to detect automated requests. The data collected is transmitted to Google and processed there.
This use is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the security of our website and in preventing abuse). Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy and Google's terms of service.
Legal bases
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Disclosure of data
Your personal data will only be transmitted to third parties if you have expressly consented or if there is a legal obligation to do so.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You also have the right to withdraw any consent given at any time.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
